1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and wen7 (hereinafter "wen7", "we", "us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wen7 website accessible at https://wen7.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

wen7 is an international online betting and casino platform operating in English and designed with Pakistani users in mind. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, online slots, instant games and related entertainment services to eligible adult users in permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the wen7 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the wen7 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive issued to a Player subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real-money funds by a Player into their Account.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required of all Players before certain transactions may be processed.
• "Platform" means the wen7 website, mobile site and all associated digital services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary display currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is ineligible to use the Service under these Terms or applicable law.
• "Service" means all betting, casino, promotional and ancillary services offered through the wen7 Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a betting market or casino game through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from a Player's Account to their designated payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with wen7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater. wen7 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction.
• Not a Prohibited User: You must not be on any self-exclusion list administered by the Platform or any third-party responsible-gambling scheme.
• Own Funds: You must only play using funds that belong to you and not funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Account Limit: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

wen7 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information supplied during registration is true, accurate and not misleading.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying wen7 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keeping your registered contact details — including email address — current and accurate.

wen7 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Sharing your Account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, wen7 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including prior to first withdrawal, when account activity triggers a review threshold or at the Platform's discretion.

Standard KYC documents may include:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued identity document — for Pakistani users, a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport is the standard primary document.
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or a utility bill), where required.
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph.
• Verification of payment method where required for fraud prevention or AML purposes.

Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send identity documents via unsecured messaging services. wen7 will never ask for your Account password or PIN as part of any verification process.

Withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC. wen7 reserves the right to void wagers and withhold funds where KYC reveals ineligibility.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

The Platform operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) as its display currency. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in your Account's cashier section. These limits may change from time to time and may vary by payment method.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are generally processed in real time or within a short period, subject to the payment method used. Payment-provider references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are displayed as familiar context for Pakistani users only; their appearance does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by or an affiliation with those providers. Confirm available deposit methods in your Account cashier at the time of deposit.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC; (b) clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) standard fraud and AML screening. Processing times vary by payment method and are set out in the cashier section. wen7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Cryptocurrency

Where cryptocurrency payment options (BTC, ETH, USDT) are available, all crypto-related transactions are subject to applicable network confirmation times and volatility risks. The PKR equivalent is calculated at the time of credited confirmation, not at the time of initiation. Cryptocurrency regulations in Pakistan are subject to change; users must verify their legal obligations independently before using crypto payment methods.

6.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting wen7 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. wen7 reserves the right to close the Account, reverse any pending withdrawals and recover any funds paid out in connection with a fraudulent chargeback.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted through the wen7 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wen7 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed represent the applicable return. Live odds update in real time and are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• wen7 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live events.
• In the event of a clear pricing or display error (palpable error), wen7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per Player. Current limits are accessible via the bet slip and cashier section.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach the settlement criteria stated in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — are subject to additional cricket-specific market rules available in the Platform's help section.

8 Casino Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, instant games and progressive jackpots — are governed by the individual game rules accessible from within each game. The following general conditions apply across all casino products:

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual session outcomes can and do deviate substantially from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. wen7 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunction.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed within the Platform are subject to change in real time. wen7 does not guarantee any specific jackpot value.
• Where a Player uses bonus funds, the maximum bet restriction applicable to that bonus must be observed at all times during the bonus period. Breaching the maximum bet restriction may result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through wen7 are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds (or, where stated, the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. For illustrative purposes only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be completed. Actual requirements are stated in each individual promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or wager may be restricted. Placing bets exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotional terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Abuse: wen7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting or coordinated exploitation of promotions is identified.

All PKR amounts referenced in promotions are illustrative unless confirmed by the specific offer terms. Users must read the full terms of each promotion before claiming.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using the wen7 Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using the Service if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wen7 staff or other users.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and, where required, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the wen7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, game interfaces and compiled content — is the property of wen7 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of wen7.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wen7 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds or content displayed on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, network outages or third-party service interruptions.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any losses arising from your decision to participate in gambling activities, including any financial or personal harm.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that applicable law prohibits such exclusion or limitation. You use the Service at your own risk.

13 Responsible Gambling

wen7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wen7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered users by email or prominent in-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. The version date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

Your continued use of the Service following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Service and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wen7 operates internationally. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

wen7 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate, available or legal in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the user's own risk and legal liability. wen7 does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by any Pakistani authority, and these Terms do not constitute legal advice for Pakistani users regarding the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law.
